LA ports are hoping to move ahead

I think the time frame for a response from the Port authority is shortly ,must be the reason the stock is moving,possibly really good news on that front ,one can only presume.Plus Cummins sales have been really good as I have been saying, this may be part of the stock increase as this does impact us on the clean engine side of their sales .Alangrs
