Private placement offeringswill only cheapen any take over offer. Remember KCL had half of the shares that this WPX has outstanding and only was offered 4.50
But if I was one of the lucky ones like Varas and his friends who have tons of shares at .50 and below, I would be happy with a 1.50 take over price.
