This is a unique region in the world, how many mines are al ready producing? All this engineering work is all crap, anyone that going tospend a billion or more dollars on a mine that will be in produciton for many years to come will do it themselves. Or they will redo all the work from scratch that anyone else has done, not to mention they might not even build the mine in the same location.
