QUESTION- HELP!

QUESTION- HELP!On my advice, my brother bought some Western Potash stock on the Frankfurt exchanged last week. He is now seeing that there is no trading volume since he bought his shares and is worried he may have thrown away his money. Does anyone have any advice on this? Are his shares worthless?
