Do they have any monetary commitments or costly contractual obligations with any entity that must be met? Or is it just operating costs?

If the feasibility study, the EIS etc are complete, what other big hurdles remain that can be completed before they find a decent partner? Can they get any permitting completed, or is a site/production plan required?

Just wondering what the potential amounts of a PP to cover just operating costs vs to cover further progress. It seems like the most inopportune time in the past several years to be doing any significant PP, all things considered.
