RE: Cash position June 2012

RE: Cash position June 2012

You forget they also have around $3.988 million loan to Harbour Resources. They can take it back at anytime if needed. How much money they burn monthly will be reflected in Jan-Mar quarter report. It will be published quite soon. I think they know they have to save cash in current market enviroment, plus the feasibility study is done and paid, they don't have other large expenses any more. My guess WPX monthly burn rate is less than $500,000, and there is no problem for them to last a whole year.

My advice to you: if you are trying to scare WPX investors away and put money in KRN, you are totally wrong. Let me tell you, even if WPX is bought out and I make money from it, I would rather put money in EPO than KRN. I will never buy KRN due to its high production cost and high carnallite grade, too risky for me. Don't tell me KRN has somebody with potash production experience. If WPX get financing, they can hire people with potash production experience without any problem.
