Wpx institutional ownership

Wpx institutional ownership

Retiring young- Institutions already own most of KRN, they know what an amazing opportunity this is.

Funds and institutions own 70% of KRN and management own a further 16%.

So 86% of KRN is owned by people that have built or designed Potash solution mines and large institutions and funds.

The retail investors own only 14% of krn and they are weak hands.

Institutional investors want to buy Millions of shares in KRN through participation in equity raises.

They know there is no liquidity and they have no need for buying a 1000 shares a day.

So the question you should be asking yourself is why Wpx only has institutional ownership of a measely 1.6% and a Epo has only 2.5%? If they are so great why are Institutions not interested in them?

Is it because neither EPO's management or Wpx's management have ANY experience building or designing a potash solution mine?

Maybe it is because neither Wpx or Epo have been able to secure an investment of $60 M from an Indian fertilizer company or get an offtake of 1 Million tons per year.
