RE:An insider selling 49,000 shares

RE:An insider selling 49,000 sharesFYI, Mr. hodge has 357,000 shares of WPX remaining excluding warrants and future options granted for his role as a director of WPX . He also is a major shareholder of Zimtu capital which his was the CEO of until mid feb of this year. Zimtu holds 2.7mm shares of WPX and 2.7mm warrants . Mr hodge has taken the CEO role at Equtas Resources and remains on the board of Zimtu and WPX. He recently purchased sares in Equtas along with options granted as the new CEO. It would appear MR hodge has a strong financial position directly and indirectly in WPX and remains a key player of its board. There's no indication his recent share sale is of any material importance. Mr. Powers is also a director of Zimtu and a key executive of WPX and his holding have only been increasing .. Perhaps mr. Hodge needed some cash to pay taxes on his dispositions of other share interests in unrelated companies ? Or perhaps he needs some cash for a family vacation.. :)
