....selling 3,500 shares is hardly a sell-off.. I see you didn't point out the recent purshases of shares by insiders. Bit of a slant on your end...or oversight. Perhaps you should stick to what you know. uh.. nothing!

Great contribution! Of the 58,884,000 shares insiders hold this sell off of 50k shares by just one insider must be a material event! Better sell your shares quick.. It must mean something very important is about to happen.. NOT!

Actually it's 50,000 not 3,500 and the reason you haven't seen me point out insider purchases recently is because there has been NONE. I know a lot more than you do obviously.

LOL, 50,000 phew. thats a lot - actually 0.02% of all O/S shares. You should sell all your shares and run for the hills. after all you know a lot more than yours truly... :)

Are you sure your information is correct? If you check the transaction date in your quote, it says "Mar 19, 2014". However, if you go back to check the trading history of wpx, the lowest price in Mar 19, 2014 is $0.56, how can this "insider" sold his shares at a price less than $0.56? Is he a dumb or your information is fabricated for some purposes?
