The last 2 meetings are important step forward, but the stock hit a new fresh 1 year low 0.13 . these meetings that took place with ICBC and the government body are good things happening.. but when is this stock going to move forward.... maybe to $0.80 $1.00 or anything higher than 0.14

I think this is good news too. What it indicates to me is that the FS is on track and likely showing a practical direction forward. The one's who will provide the major financing are seeing the preliminary results and expressing optimism. When the results are fine-tuned, they will be published. Once published we will have a better idea how quickly development will begin. A real committment
