Seems to me there is a plan afoot that has a lot to do with China access and control of a range of natural resources. Maybe very good financially to be folded into this venture without any idea what the plan is, since it looks very purposeful and thought-out. What will the stock price be worth when they reveal the opportunity they are seeing? A lot of Chinese financial support which shows commitment from overseas. However, I'm a little sorry to see our plucky little Canadian potash venture absorbed this way. 51+% Canadian vs the other way around. Oh well, at least it probably won’t be a dead loss. (and stock worth nothin’) Cheers!

The new Company Chairman of the board said it right there in the PR...
