RE: OUPS!!!This news release only says the justices confirm that the Yukon Water Board is not required to accept YESAB findings and provided clarification of enviromental and regulatory processes in the Yukon.
It says Western Copper will resubmit its water use licence application.
Without the benefit have having read the justices decision and not having read the water boards decision on refusal of the first application, my guess is the justices clarification gives Western Copper some direction on how to proceed in the regulatory process. It would appear talking to the regulators is also intended to assertain from them what they can do to satisfy requirements when submitting a new application.
