Attached is a current Fact Sheet on Triumph Gold who use to be Northern Freegold Resources Ltd. This is a junior exploration Company who has been aggresively drilling the Freegold Mountain area located SE of Casino.
A few items to note-
1.Gold Corp had bought 19% of Triumph Gold for $6.3M back on March 2/17 which Newmont inherited during the buy out of Gold Corp.
2. All three properties located on the map (lower left pge1) are located in the Dawson Range gold-copper belt - Freegold Mountain, Casino, and Coffee Projects.
3.The Yukon government, Canadian Federal Government & Aboriginal communities all support the construction of the Resource Gateway Road which connects all three properties.
4.One of the major Shareholders of Triumph Gold is Zyjin Mining out of China.
When I look at the value of Zyjin Mining($30B Market Capital & Sales) I wonder why they are a minor partner - 9.8% of a small exploration company in the Yukon?
Do you have other larger interests moving forward, like smelting, which they are involved.
