RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Yukon Chamber of Mines wants Gateway Roads Sped UpNo worries, heywood...I have exactly the right amount of my portfolio in both WRN and ATAC...I believe WRN holds the motherlode for their district and ATAC holds the motherlode for their district...should be noted that Graham Downs was a chief Geologist for Cathro & Archer for several years before ATAC ... in fact, they got this property from Cathro & Archer. Yes, they do need to reach an amicable agreement. Graham did make a cultural faux pas, though, by threatening a law suit. This is not how you negotiate with FNs. Paul once made similar mistakes as Graham on the Carmacks Project. Once you've get the FNs riled, they will become indignant and uncooperative. Nobody's fault. Complete communication breakdown and misunderstanding. Paul learnt his lesson well. Paul was the first mining executive with a mine in the Yukon to take a course in FN culture and cross-culture understanding/negotiating practices. The course was offered by the Yukon FN Tribal Council for free to any mining executive who wished to take it. Paul was the first to take up the offer...not sure if others have. Graham has to be less hot on the handle and will now need to offer a conciliatory feather to smooth things over. Graham may wish to reach out to Paul on this. On the flip side, Graham is one awesome geologist for pinpointing great land packages with similarly great potential.
