They should be trumpeting how their past technical information passed Rio's more rigorous standards. But they're not. Only more vague statements about no surprises. Paul promised you this information almost ONE YEAR ago, and crickets. Everyone else to date has passed on Casino, maybe Rio can't make it work? Replace Vital with Rio and this easily ends the same way. I was right on Excelsior, and betting I'm right here too. The market seems to agree with me, and the 115 people who've read my post in 11 hours are probably wondering how they got boiled like the frog. Or keep covering your ears & BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH.
