The marshmallow is only so big. Either you get whole marshmallow now, or if you wait too long, they might think you don't want to eat it. Then they invite another kid to the table. But the candy is the same size. Now you have to split it into two, you get a smaller piece of the same sized candy.
If WRN wants to act tough & try going it alone, the share count increase means you get a smaller piece of the ultimate sale price. And trust me, with the draft shelf filing, they are going to raise again. Our NAV, our sticker price, likely stays the same irrespective of the share count. Meaning, it's $1b whether we have 161m shares fully diluted, or 250m, etc.
