When sentiment changes, penny stocks turn into dollar stocks and dollar stocks can turn into $10+ stocks without M&A (just based upon their fundamentals only).
Stating that $10+ won't ever happen is like going on an overnight hike and continually claiming that we'll never see sunlight again, just get used to eternal darkness, yadda-yadda-yadda.
You have to be patient.......you are obviously frustrated with the pace of things and venting a bit. Don't get frustrated, relax and don't worry. I'm not worried, neither should you be. You have negative sentiment right now, which is why you doubt your already lowball figure. But we all know that sentiment always changes given time......
