For what it's worth: Handshake with Rio was April 7th 2021. We did two presentations/conferences between then and May 17. For people thinking Paul on Crux means no deal imminent, maybe not the case, even (or especially) if Paul is coy on Deal/DD progress.

All stock deal. One share of RIO for every 8 shares of WRN.

No deal guys , hate to disappoint. If there is one it will disappoint even most pessimistic ones. we are going into full recession, no gold miner out there can carry this price tag and capital . but again anybody here with 2 to 3 years time frame will Make fortune .

if deal will delay to next year or after 2 years, insider will sell, let's watch. If there is no deal this year, I also will cut some position.

Only mistake western management did , instead of raising huge cash and giving Vittion fantastic gift at 65 cents raise and warrants comes with it , thy could have FN director and couple of FN managers along with shares at the company .. we were long gone Guys .. if gold and copper price can not move this junior .. and Rio hesitates .. has to be something else

Crux nailed Paul a "couple years ago"???? exactly 2 years ago we were at $0.79 cad and now $2.97 You are saying we would be at what right now if Paul did things u suggest????? so the worst outcome is Paul gets nailed again and in a couple years our share price increases similarly and goes up from $2.97 to $11.16 cad or $8.93 usd?
