My mistake.  Was just going off remaining balance and forgot to add first transaction in.

The most important question when evaluating any action by anyone, is "Why?".  One answer could be he knows bad news is coming.  But that would land him in jail,  not likely to be the answer to "Why?".  He could really need the money for something.  With his salary, this isn't likely to be a run of the mill expense or even a typical luxury purchase

I had a look at his options history.  He has 300,000 options that are set to expire on 02/21/2023.  See below from SEDI.  They were granted in 2018 with a 5 year life.  300,000 X $1.20. It tells me Paul doesnt care about the market and the shareholder. He just cares about himself and his option package. its time the shareholders started caring about themselves and their company.
