but the value to WRN after Casino sold seems far less than to the other 2 entities....unless we were to find another coffee type project on that land....
again though as I've stated before, a 2nd grader would have been smart enough prior to the dance with Rio to at least get ball park range settled prior to resource validation ---/ to avoid ending up at position where WRN believes casino worth range of $700M - $1.3B and Rio believed $300M -$700M....with ultimate fine tuning based upon Rio work results to avoid situation where all work completed and both parties agree results confirm and in some cases exceed what the mine was stating on paper ---yet both parties are far off on value! That could have been prevented up front to avoid this waste of time.
