RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nov 28I think on the first (and final?) extension of the RIO agreement that they will be allowed to bump their ownership % to say 12% or so. Nothing too crazy, but enough to get them to double digits, which doesn't affect dilution too much and allows a bit of extra cushion in the treasury.
Now, the question is, what to do with those extra funds? We should push ahead as far as reasonably possible short of actually trying to build out the processing plant ourselves. This means plan for permitting and such OR if that needs to be left on the back burner, perform some additional work on upsizing the resource if recent targets proved juicy enough to make the efforts worthwhile.
As long as some positive forward momentum is occuring, the future will take care of itself. Gold isn't going to be getting any less valuable in the future, quite the contrary!!
Oh and don't forget about the silver, there is around 160mm ounces of silver at Casino. Granted, the recovery rate might not end up being much over 50%, but when you are talking around 100mm ounces of silver that places you on the radar for one of the larger silver assets on the planet. You know, sorta a nice "silver lining".
