I'm with you on this. I'd only be theoretically OK with going through permitting alone if they could guarantee no additional raises. Of course, they can't. So it would not only be cheap shares, but newly issued shares you'd have to keep up with if you want your full position.
Paul's alluded a few times to...permitting always takes longer than people want...so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, including him.
The two years of drumming up additional interest, competitive tension, whatever you want to call it, is so far a failure. Get it over with, and let's keep some upside with Rio shares. Iron ore & copper aren't going anywhere.
