RE:RE:RE:Sandeep in for a few more rights & options !personally --- didn't really care for Sandeeps comment on Tara --- ie she has a full time job but is still a good asset on board. Great...pay her as a part time consultant as necessary.
There is NO need for her to be on the BOD --- at the same time is primary goal is driving market cap on Banyan....NOT WRN!!!!

Seriously....if any BOD member has less shares than the one and only Sooner...that is just totally unacceptable!!!! Whomever is on the board --- put at least 25% of your net assets into the resource....if you are not willing to do that thant we don't want you on the BOD as you clearly have more focus in other areas!
