Disappointing the new Corp presentation didn’t include any samples of the comparisons to others showing undervalued WRN. I looked at Cascabel (referenced in WRN Corp presentation) - checked NPV if that project =$4.3B. Cornerstone is 21% owner and their market cap $165M so that looks like 18% rate ($165/21%)/$4.3B.
