My bet is NPV within 10% of PEA ---- unless of course major assumptions changed like discount factor, metal prices, etc.

I'm guessing it's out this coming Tuesday 6/21 as NYSE is closed Monday.  A few interviews ago, Paul said FS would be out "almost a year to the day" after PEA. Which was released Tuesday 6/22, after NYSE closed for Monday holiday. Listen closely and he always telegraphs the plan. You have to wonder why they always wait until the last minute to check another box. For

Clark - I suspect reason for delay in wrapping up the work with Rio is a result of renegotiating standstill personally speaking - let them or any others start buying on open market. Wrap up the work with Rio, publish the results, publish FS and let whomever (Rio, Teck, Newmont, etc) wants to start accumulating go for it!!!
