Paul sold shares to tax position and prepare to buy options.
Paul wants to buy shares and "own more than he did before"
Paul has not bought shares to date, according to Sandy, because insider trading laws prevent him for buying share while he has material information not available to the public.
Paul still has not bought shares, which means that material things are going on that aren't public.  

I know this was posted the other day, as Sandy's response, but it should not be understated how important it is to understand this.  This could go any day.  Things are much closer than any of us understand.  Knowing what Paul wants to do but can't and why is all you need to know.

on January 13, 2022 I sent an email to Chris the geologist from Rio. This was the same Chris that Paul had a chat with in the Yukon. Paul said Rio would do best to cut a deal then or pay more later. Chris concurred with Paul's sentiments.  anyway, on January 13, 2022 i received an automated generated response from Rio:  " xxxxxx  no longer works for RTX. Please direct any

i just checked Chris's linkedin page which states he left Rio on May 2022 which means he was put out to pasture for a few months.

Metal- I knew Paul sold for tax purpose planning and was planning to increase share count. I didn't get the message that he can't do that right now because he has information that would be considered insider trading info and land him in hot water. When did he tell you that?

There was a indirect reference to that in a response from Sandy that was posted in this board a week or so ago. It was like a Paul sold for this reason, followed by a statement about buying being ilegal when there is non-public information insiders hold.  Nothing was "directly" stated. Inferences can be logically drawn.

I sent this message to Paul just now. Will report back with response I get.    Hi Paul  I hope you are doing well. Just curious, can you confirm your unrestricted (full ownership) share count is now higher than prior to your selling as of Feb. I think you mentioned we should always look at your share count before and after transactions because you mentioned your share count

Here's Paul's response. I'm sure I'm reading into this as well...but I'm hopeful that with these ridiculously low volume recently that Paul is going to be adding significantly to his holdings and can somewhat help share price direction? He just excercise options to incease shares, not buy from public market,  so market vouleme has nothing to do with his shares number, and low share price means:they still can grant new options for this year. Finally, more shares + more options.
