I don't see any dumping. Bids seem firm and entrenched. Not much selling into same.  May portend well. Base?  Tax loss selling done? Abating at least?

Foreign exchange markets are huge compared to WRN and I've become increasingly curious if some of the bank buying & selling is nothing more than exploitation of an arbitrage opportunity. If WRN shares are "worth" more in USD one day, you might see selling pressure on the US exchange. If the shares, taking the USD/CAD exchange rate into consideration, are "worth" more in
