I guess technically Rio and Mitsubishi can pick up a few more shares if they wish to maintain their proportionate share of the company due to the small amount of dilution created by Mr Singh's purchase.

Yes, it will be interesting to see if Rio and Mitsubishi "wish to maintain their proportionate share of the company " ? I sure hope Mr Singh can take WRN in a new direction as in,, do something with these C A's agreements. Mr Singh's must see something Paul does not in to justify putting in some of his own money in WRN. Maybe he has a deal already cooking ?  (out @ $6
