Trying to figure this out, but if contractors are owed $26 million, $40 million is owed for the credit facility, and there is an expected $20 million to complete the first phase of the Milestone pilot

Maybe they are trying to tie up loose ends
Not sure I completely follow these recorded liabilities as reported in the last financials, as it appears almost $26 million is owed to contractors / vendors for completed construction related
