Why the project delay?

Money not enough? Why earlier raised funds and dilute WRX, and put in Vancouver real estate?
Why a potash company dabble in real estate? Why a Mickey Mouse potash pilot project, with 100% uptake of production, can't even complete?  Why it takes WRX(WPX) so long to start a potash mine?  Why when it almost finished a teeny weeny pilot project, it suddenly stopped?

So many whys....................why?...why?...why?.....
