hebeg, in the past 5 years, the latest Western Resources has released their annual reports / documentation has been December 21, so we should be days away from a much better glimpse into any operational updates and the corporations financial health. If these mandatory reporting obligations are delayed into the new year, that may also offer some clues. fingers crossed!
