dredge

Are any folks on this board close to the project site? Can anyone confirm dredging equipment has been delivered to site? Other than the press release from Rotterdam and a few comments on this board I have not seen any mention of dredging equipment in media and may have missed something?

I was by the site Jan11. I didn't see a dredge but it could easily have been there. I took a picture again, no change with bare steel structure for the plant. Submerged combustion heaters were both running (big plumes). The dredge really is imaterial without a dryer and plant to process the product

Oldsalt - thanks for the update! I fully agree with your comments regarding processing. The financial dire straights the operation is currently in will be very painful to remedy and it may be a significant time lag to see any tangible results let alone a cash natural position. Money and lots of it will be required to make this successful followed by prudent well thought out spending plans.

The question that needs to be asked is "Are they getting sustained saturated KCl brines (preferably close to19% from the mine?"If they can do this, or anyone else can do this, from a hot recycled brine feed, they have sucessfully mastered selective solution mining. This has been the challenge for the last 60 years.
