sw248    how many shares will be outstanding after the Innovare acquisition is completed? Looks to me about a half a billion shares with a couple million remaining in the bank.

not sure what the tally will be after the acquisition is completed but we should hit a billion after the financing....not sure what the record is for shares outstanding but we should be close....here's hoping!!
