- 11 unlicensed producers and 3 non profitable lps
- an unnactive term (10-99 years)
- no cash on hand
- legalization around the corner ( large bank funding )
You'd be singing a deal with with a financier with limited financial backing, inexperienced team, (minus chuck ) when you could just goto canopy rivers an established partner. Seems like chuck is really banking on his name. He certainly deserves kudos for trying but I can't see established signing up for this.
