RE:RE:RE:RE:Ridiculous Upside Lol. Dig deeper. They are licensed for 25000sqft, thats it. Then hopefully by end of 2018 they might have another 300000. That's less than supreme. And very, very, very aggressive, particularly since they share the facility with other (non pot) tenants.
Only after 5, 5 years when building is fully vacated will they have access to complete build out.
Oh, and appears they are sure renting that space as of now. Do I think they will push other current tenant out, sure, hopefully earlier than there leases, so maybe scale quicker... but I would caution investors not to get distracted by the ribbons and shiny bobbles this deal is being dressed in.
ask yourself, where will the first to market be in 36 months let alone 60....(Aph, canopy, Acb, then add mym plans, supremes)
