RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Please

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PleaseI and not sure if the most recent lotus quarter results will show any revenue or not.  I believe they will be effective Nov 30 and the PR about the first shipment being finanized was only on Nov 30.  I would think the revenue from that one shipment would be there but it would only be the one.  I am sure they have shipped more since then.  They did say in the PR that XLY bought 100% of the first batch and I am guessing that will continue for a while anyways.
I think the Lotus deal was a good one, but it is pretty small at this point and will not have a meaningful impact on the bottom line.
Lotus is set to grow 2000KGs/year so basically XLY paid $10million to buy 1000KGs/year for 10 years at $2.50/gram.  Can't say for sure what that is worth without knowing what the regular wholesale price would be.
If we assume $5.00 that would mean XLY is saving $2.5million per year in costs for 10 years.  That would be a $25million value on a $10million investment.
