RE:Auxly Cannabis

Imperial Brands deferal of interest for Auxly!!

You've just got to love UK.!

You've got to love UK politics and UK social values. Today I do, anyway!

You see. Imperial Brands is listed on the London exchange and since recreational cannabis is not yet legal in the UK it would not be legally appropriate for Imperial Brands to accept gains from an investment that engages in activities not deemed legal in the UK regardless of whether the activity is legal in the country in which it is occurring.

So if Imperial Brands wish to remain listed on the London exchange they will have to forego receiving payments From Auxly until some thing changes in this regard.

Nice break for Auxly. I'm pretty sure they planned it this way.

cheers
