All lips are sealed on the status of the much awaited packaging equipment for Kolab Project. Fingers crossed... 6 extra months has been long enough! FFS!!

As for I.B., the interest on the debentures comes due annually on Dec. 31.

That interest can be converted into shares at a price equal to the five day VWAP by exercising the 'Interest Conversion Election' option made available under the amendment to the Imperial Brands Debenture agreement.

I'm suggesting that AUXLY's current SP might have something to do with Imperial Brands' right to convert the interest on the debentures. 

I could be wrong but ya gotta admit, $0.19 is ridiculously cheap !
