Waiting till last minute to release financials is a way to keep the market guessing and prevent a run up prior and then sell on news scenario. Also it's cost effective because it requires no prior notice.  That said, we all know AUXLY's MO on financials now. That makes it predictable and if it establishes confidence in the shareholders an early release might be worth the cost of

I agree I rather them not need to dilute anymore so that means putting some small projects on hold then so be it. Hopefully they live up to cash positive this half and I none of this will matter anyways. Looks like they planned for worst cases scenarios and keeping tight lip on the upside

maybe a deal with Tim to buy cheap from anonymous  who bought at .12 and under .30  he is really the only big buyer but he bought a while  ago    he has to buy ,49% daily when money comes in  plus ther is a huge tranche coming due at the end of march  50 mil shares or so.  so this puppy ain"t going anywhere except getiing shorted once it hits .40 to .45

I just wrote it in my calandar but do not have the specifics as you will have to go back and look it up, but xly PP expires around march 1st and $12 mil comes due with 50 mil shares. I think the price is in the low .30 area. wont the share price come down then for a while when that happens?  also Tim Seymore has an ETF and xly is in the top 20 and he has to buy .49% when money comes in.

could be mistaken   is there any more tranches that are due  from the original $25 mil.  has all the $25 mil been drawn on yet?  is there still more that can be drawn on?  I know we have a line of credit available also and I do not think we have drawn on that...it is just the original $25 mil I am interested in knowing the statis on?  thanks for any insight

With this current funding in place Auxly considers its operations for 2021 to be FULLY FUNDED !! Read the updated an final prospectus  filed on Sedar dated Feb. 2, 2021. In it you will see that expanding and upgrading Kolab Project is a top priority. The Debentures have a 24 month maturity from date of issue. That means the First Tranche matures end of April 2022. Interest payments only till then unless management elects to call them in based on triggers or pay them off sooner. No such thing as a stupid question, buddyt.  Hang in there!  cheers

Should see support mid 30's this time so we are slowly making progress when the shorts attack. This will see 1.00 min by years end try not to stress if you can give it the old in and out pick up more shares to hold and les for the shorts if there no more dry powder  A catalyst could drop at anytime could spark itz that's what I worry about so I'm probably gonna just hold from now
