lawsuit from HSBC

HSBC is a legitimate company, not cowboys.

Although XMC claims innocence how can a company with just 45 employees defend itself against a global bank ?

I'm a goof of an investor and all that but....First, I'd like to see the details of the claim. XMC is in the business of issuing higher risk mortgages and in turn recieving a higher yield. HSBC is a competitor in the Mortgage business(?) but in what way is XMC been doing business with HSBC to lead to any claim? Don't know... would like details.What will the Lawsuit accomplish (even ...more
