today is the last day COV.H to be traded. So, windup will be happening soon per SEDAR.

Does anyone know if Xceed still has interest in Coventree?

More like has Coventree an interest in Xceed.   Last time I looked, Coventree had a significant interest in Xceed. Now, if windup of Coventree is to take place, you would have to ask the question of what is to happen to all the shares Coventree holds of Xceed. They could either attempt to crystalize the value and distribute cash or they could distribute Xceed shares to Coventree holders ...more

good info ob1knob. Well based on this info 10% of XMC shares has new owners. Now, next issue does XMC have a viable ongoing business model?

IMHO: - Nothing is going to happen until after the XMC shares are distributed to the Coventree shareholders.    - XMC managment and directors have to make a decision.
