The investment objective of the Fund is to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the FTSE Canada Liquid Universe Capped Bond Index, net of expenses. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will primarily invest in securities of one or more exchange-traded funds managed by BlackRock Canada or an affiliate and/or Canadian fixed income securities. The Index consists of a well-diversified selection of investment-grade as determined by the index provider, liquid bonds issued domestically in Canada and denominated in Canadian dollars and is comprised of approximately 60% government bonds and 40% corporate bonds including certain qualifying asset-backed securities. To achieve its investment objective the Fund uses an indexing strategy.

Thanks for your honesty regarding this stock.. Can I ask you to respect what the investors in this company have done with their hard earned money..It makes no sense why you would bash this stock so badly and have NO ownership in the company.. When people invested in this like I did,the sp was very low with not much to lose and alot to gain..You would be a true gentleman if you were to leave us investors and this board and not come back.. Your negativity for no reason leaves me suspect of your true intentions.And I doubt very much you are doing this out of concern for the investors of this company.. So I should not expect you to be on this board again since you have no interest in this company as you have stated.. Good luck in any of your other endeavors.. cougar
