YIKES

Sh#* is all I can say, better believe after the 1:100 rollback it is going to be a long time waiting to make a 4-bagger on this one.......as for the rest of this news release it is so complicated I cannot really tell if the rest is good news or not, does anyone else have any thoughts on this?

it's quite simple the investor just got himself 60% of the company... Once done the company will have about 1 million shares outstanding which 400,000 of those to current shareholders and 600,000 to the investor
