let's see the news release and proof that there's a split coming..I haven't seen such a release..Can someone share that with the rest of us?

OK first, the news release is hard to miss. Second, there is NO STOCK SPLIT. Fareport is calling for a 100:1 share consolidation. Maybe in and of itself a share consolidation is not a bad idea; however, with the issuance of all these new shares, it means that the collective voice of all the current shareholders combined will be silenced by the roar of the single new investor.
