Many will be disapointed but reality is that company had negative retined earnings and lots of debt.

aside from any real value or potential going forward, a 100:1 consolidation is too much to hold, $2.50/share? Too much room to fall just from negative momentum. Best to enter after it if you like the company. As for approvals, they're effectively in place when we see the announcement. Unless someone here has a better deal to offer CAB?
