I think Pats biggest failing is that it has been to much of a one trick pony.Hard to sell a non controlling interest in Island to outsiders and RIC isn't in any hurry to buy.It's a little late in the game for Pat to raise capital and search for other exploration , development properties.Still think that Island has the goods and sooner or later something will happen here.Patience.
