RE:RE:RE:The recent bought deal is significant

Leo, I couldn't agree more. You nailed it. This is enough cash for 2018 but the key will be execution within the year. The "show me" story has to play out over the next 11 months. That said the PAT team publicly states that is their plan and they have delivered to plan so far. The nice part about their model is that as soon as the initial units are out they begin creating recurring revenue to fund future growth. This is the beauty of the product and the roll out plan. Will we be further diluted? Yes, it is very likely. However, if they can get the product dialed and out into the market in a meaningful way hopefully we get diluted at $5 or more nearer the end of the year. If they burn cash all year and don't deliver meaningful commercialization before year end I'd say the story gets grim. There is a time line on this related to competition and trust with the market.

I would love to have an update on product testing. I think that would do great things for market confidence. This protracted silence on the machine learning is doing us no favours. That said, I can understand the desire to wait until through completion. I feel like there is a lot of pent up energy in this story. Lots of people on the side lines awaiting beta testing results. It will be a big day when we have the data and its public. I predict a double hit NR week when the time comes. First news results of the beta tests get released closely followed by disclosure of production arrangements and the size of the order book.

Here's hoping! They have 11months...

It's pretty clear to me that they will be burning through cash very quickly which is fine provided that they get to the commercialization stage that begins to bring revenue back into the company. Otherwise, they will have to go back to the market for another financing (which is highly likely anyway - pretty much every company I have followed does multiple financings along the way). So, I believe that the company has enough money to meet their goal of commercialization in 2018, but I am crossing my fingers they meet their deadlines. Sorry if my comments were confusing. Have a great day.
