RE:Dropping hard again todayFor myself, I think I've figured-out why the s/p isn't trending upward. Reading the M&A makes me want to sell all my shares that I've been buying since PAT went public. Management in order to cover their "butts" has listed "everything under the sun" that could possibly go wrong & prevent the company from becoming successful. Seems I have more faith in PATs success than all those high powered, highly experienced, very connected board members & advisors. I guess, until PAT can announce huge contracts of sales to governments, from the resellers in 12 countries,etc.,etc.,etc., uplisting to the TSX & NASDAQ, have a market value of about 20B, be the Number 1 company in the Detect, Defer, Defend business, the s/p will hang around the current levels. But I'm NOT selling till the s/p reaches $5 & I can take-out the $72k U.S. I have invested in PAT & let the rest ride.
