Rick - don't explain yourself to the narcissistic p***k. Dealt with narcissists in the past. They're obsessed with always being right, and winning at all costs. It's to compensate for their deep seated insecurities and low self esteem. They feed off attention. Cut the attention, and he'll hopefully go on another board to validate his false illusions.
