Dontfollow - Learn to read

Dontfollow - Learn to readBefore you start calling people dumb , perhaps you should actually read  the specific document you are talking about.
These devices 15F must be POINTED into the wall to look for organic matter. Not out of a planter or a hotel  reception desk full time into peoples abdomens.

You stated that what limits it from being used as a weapon detection system. The legal authority that governs the use of such devices. read the HIGHLIGHT.
Look at "LIMITED TO"  in the legal cerification.

The fact REMAINS , the company stated that they had an FCC certification for a Weapons detection system. Factually and Legally they didn't and still dont.

You can argue like a fool all day long - but you only have to read the press release on selling to schools and churches when its quite clear that the product use case was flawed and so was the addressable market.

Put it this way , Kitchen knife , does it say murder weapon on the package ? No... Can you murder someone with one yes. However you go to prison for life or here you get a lethal injection. Break the rules with the FCC you get a fine or worse. Con shareholders with a massive misrepresentation , the SEC cease trade and you go to jail.
